Abstract
Abstract: This paper investigates how industry-education collaboration can reshape talent-development models in higher education as the gap between university learning and workplace expectations continues to widen. A mixed-method design combining case studies and empirical analysis is used to identify the features of effective partnerships that connect curricula with authentic professional practice. The findings show that co-designed courses, industry placements, joint research, and sustained institutional cooperation can improve curriculum relevance, graduate employability, and student satisfaction. These arrangements also help learners acquire applicable skills and a deeper understanding of professional contexts. Implementation nevertheless depends on resolving coordination problems, differences between academic and corporate cultures, and the challenge of scaling successful projects. The study offers recommendations for educational leaders seeking stronger and more durable partnerships, emphasizing the integration of disciplinary knowledge with practical experience to prepare graduates for a changing economy.
